Cancellations and refunds.

Free Programs

There is no payment to refund for a free or fully sponsored Program. If you can no longer attend, please use the Contact page so a limited place can be made available to someone else.

If OpenSkool changes or cancels a Program

OpenSkool may need to change a date, time, format, trainer or other operational detail. We will use the registration contact details to share material changes. If a free Program is cancelled, participants will be informed; no monetary refund applies where no fee was paid.

Future paid Programs

When a paid Program is introduced, its registration or purchase experience will state the applicable price, cancellation deadline, refund eligibility, processing method and any non-refundable components before payment. Those Program-specific terms will form part of this policy for that purchase.

OpenSkool has not yet adopted a universal refund window or fee schedule. These business terms require owner and legal review before paid registration opens.

Use the Contact page and identify the Program and the email address used to register. Do not send payment-card or other sensitive financial details through the general contact form.
